Mission:
Sounds of Stow Chorus & Orchestra is an all-volunteer, self-auditioned community chorus and orchestra based in Stow, Massachusetts, serving Stow and the surrounding communities of Hudson, Bolton, Littleton, and Acton-Boxborough. Since our founding in 1973 and incorporation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1992, we’ve brought singers and instrumentalists together to rehearse and perform major choral-orchestral works — from Mozart and Beethoven to underperformed and newly commissioned repertoire — in three concerts each season. We’re committed to making serious choral music accessible to amateur musicians who love the challenge of great repertoire, and to sharing that music with our community.
